Executive Chef Taylor Lovelace discovered her love for food while cooking alongside her mother and brings over 16 years of professional experience to the kitchen. With expertise in both pastry and savory cuisine, she’s worked in some of Sacramento’s most renowned restaurants, building menus that bring people together and creating experiences that feel both familiar and elevated.



We’re lucky to live in one of California’s richest agricultural pockets, which means our menus change with the seasons. When local farms deliver their best – spring greens, summer stone fruits, autumn squashes, and winter citrus – Chef Taylor and her team turn these ingredients into dishes that capture the moment.
Inspired by the world’s Blue Zones, regions with the highest concentrations of centenarians, our menu embraces their secret: balance. Dinner is available six days a week. Thursday through Saturday, we offer our elevated multi-course dinner menu for those looking to make an evening of it. Begin with elegant shareable starters – perhaps some luxurious caviar or fresh oysters – then journey through richly satisfying entrées designed to be savored, with flavors and textures that keep each bite interesting.
